Founder - Holz Foundation
James Holz Esq., co-founder of Puzzle Box Academy, LLC, will be the initial Managing Member of the new facilities until the Investor can transition their L1 visa into their EB visa.
James M. Holz is an accomplished litigation attorney specializing in securities law and establishing new enterprises from dream to reality. He graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va., in 1999. Upon graduation, he traveled extensively to learn as an apprentice under Max Ansbacher, Yun Soo Oh Park “Tokyo Joe”, and Walter Scott Bruan. After being voted one of the best traders within Wall Street’s WorldCo, He earned himself a position at Bear Stearns Wagner Scott where he worked on the New York Stock Exchange as a front-line specialist clerk. Mr. Holz earned seven different financial related licenses; including, the Series 3, 7, 21, 24, 25, 55 and 63.
A year after the tragic events of 9/11, the financial industry had changed and so had his aspirations. He decided to attend law school at Florida A&M University of Law in Orlando. He managed to win the award for Best Advocate in the school’s Moot Court Competition which earned him a seat on the Moot Court Board. Additionally, he served as the Mock Trial Chair of the board while still graduating a semester early.
With the experience of working on the NYSE, and the knowledge acquired while working with the 10th Circuit at the State Attorney’s office, Mr. Holz elected to open his own practice in 2007. He currently specializes in asset protection, private equity due diligence, and EB-5 consultation among other instances that may require his unique problem-solving methods. He founded the Holz Foundation, to assist children on the autism spectrum as well as co-founding Puzzle Box Academy, LLC., www.PuzzleBoxAcademy.com, and Kaleidoscope Interventions, LLC., www.thePieceFits.com. The Holz Foundation, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit currently maintains a ten percent (10%) ownership in Puzzle Box Academy, Inc. Mr. Holz has assisted many corporations in all of their various stages of development until finality as a consultant and sometimes partner.
