BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Brevard County-based Holz Foundation will open The Holz Center – a one stop resource center for children with developmental delays – this spring in Melbourne.
The Holz Center will be located at the former Southern Photo building, located at 125 East Nasa Boulevard in Melbourne, and a Grand Opening is planned next month.
“The Holz Center is designed to help as many children and adults as possible,” said Founder James Holz.
“It will offer a variety of resources for children with any special needs, including ADD, mental disabilities, and physical disabilities. Our goal is to help bring together the Brevard community so that no one feels alone in their struggle.”
Holtz and his wife Pam also founded the Puzzle Box Academy in 2014, which features comprehensive, individualized education to Brevard County children with autism and other developmental delays.

“The center will include meeting space for not-for-profits to provide social programs and seminars,” said Holz.
The launch of The Holz Center comes on the heels of other successful projects led by The Holz Foundation.
Last winter, the Foundation sponsored 3,000 Christmas shoeboxes for the children of Haiti, to bring hope to the youngest residents of the storm ravaged country.
Recently, the Foundation sponsored more than $225,000 in scholarships for children attending Palm Bay’s Puzzle Box Academy for the 2016-2017 school year.
